Dr. Stacy is a Traditional Naturopath who specializes in foundational and lifestyle medicine practices to help her clients attain an optimized level of health and empowerment along their journeys. She is a certified personal trainer, functional medicine practitioner, life coach, and holistic nutritionist, but her favorite role of all is ‘Mom” to her two children.

Having her own health struggles most of her life, she has used that experience as wisdom to see her client as a whole and treat the individual, not the symptom. She resides in Atlantic Beach, FL with her husband and two children Elliott and Eve. She is always engaged in some sort of practice in which she can learn more and become the highest and best version of herself so that she can teach and encourage others around her to do the same.
